Declaration on accessibility

We strive to make our website accessible in accordance with the national legal provisions implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The legal basis is the Barrierefreie-Websites-Gesetz (BfWebG) and the Saxon Inclusion Act (SächsInklusG).

State of compatibility with requirements

Accessibility is based on the internationally applicable Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) at conformity level AA and the European standard EN 301 549. Due to the incompatibilities or exceptions listed below, our websites are only partially barrier-free according to the above guidelines.

Non-accessible content

• Sometimes there is no alternative text for images or graphic elements.
• Links can be incomprehensible.
• Not all integrated documents are available in an accessible form.
• The position of the keyboard focus is not always clear.
• Contrasts of buttons are sometimes insufficient.
• ARIA attributes for orientation and navigation are not fully available.
• Words and sections in other languages are hardly marked.
• The website does not offer any offers in simple language or sign language.
